SPORTS MEDICINE
Students in the Health Academy will first take a year of Medical Terminology, they will then be able to choose which path they would like to take; Patient Care or Sports Medicine.

Use of skin calipers to measure body fat percentage

Use of BRM (basal metabolic rate) to calculate daily calories needed

Creation of nutritional plans for ISHS staff for proper weight loss and muscle gain, including macro nutrients.
