PATIENT CARE

Students in the Health Academy will first take a year of Medical Terminology, they will then be able to choose which path they would like to take; Patient Care or Sports Medicine.

 

In this pathway, students will:

  • Students will embark on a First Responders course which results in FEMA and CPR certifications.

  • Advancing to the CNA course in preparation for entering a formal certification program after high school graduation.

  • Earn professional certifications that will help you get jobs in the healthcare industry

  • Learn life-saving techniques

  • Advance to the CNA course in preparation for entering a formal certification program after high school graduation.
